For DropShipped Items: Refunds and Returns are accepted with full-refund to original payment method and return of the item. Refund and Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Requests can be made directly to support@allthethingsbaby.com.
For Made-To-Order Items:
At All The Things Baby, we strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order products that our customers will love. Since these items are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects, damage, or discrepancies with the product description.
